Yes, a firm, level base is required before delivery — this applies to both sheds and kennels. If you're unsure what your product needs, get in touch and our team can advise before your delivery date is booked.
Every shed and kennel comes with a 10-year warranty.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your shed or kennel, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort out a return or exchange. Products must be unused and in original condition to qualify.
