We sell garden sheds and dog kennels. We make every effort to display product colours, dimensions, and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to the natural materials used (timber) and screen display differences.

Orders and payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable
  • Payment is taken at the time of order
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch by contacting support@nexavell.com. Once your order has been dispatched, our Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

Liability

Nexavell is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

3. Shipping Policy

Delivery times

Most sheds and kennels are delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of order. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery cost

We offer free UK delivery on all products — no minimum order required.

Delivery area

We currently deliver across mainland UK. If you're located outside this area, contact us at support@nexavell.com before ordering to confirm delivery is available.

Assembly

Free assembly is included with every shed and kennel. Our team will build your product on-site at the time of delivery.

Site preparation

Please ensure you have a firm, level base ready before your delivery date. This is required for both the structural integrity of the product and safe on-site assembly by our team.

Delayed or missed deliveries

If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated window, or you experience any issues, please contact support@nexavell.com and we'll investigate promptly.

4. Returns & Refunds Policy

30-day satisfaction guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@nexavell.com and we will arrange a return or exchange.

Conditions for returns

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Where assembly has already taken place, please contact us to discuss the best return process, as disassembly and collection may be required
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Your legal right to cancel

In addition to our 30-day guarantee, if you are a consumer in the UK, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without needing to give a reason. This legal right exists alongside, not instead of, our 30-day guarantee.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty or damaged items

If your shed or kennel arrives faulty or damaged, contact us immediately at support@nexavell.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Return costs

For change-of-mind returns, collection costs may apply given the size of our products. We'll confirm any costs with you before arranging collection. For faulty items, all costs are covered by us.

5. Warranty Policy

10-year warranty

Every shed and kennel we sell comes with a 10-year warranty, covering structural issues with the product under normal use.

What's not covered

  • General wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance
  • Damage from extreme weather events beyond normal expected conditions
  • Modifications made by the customer or a third party

Making a warranty claim

To make a claim, email support@nexavell.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible. We'll assess your claim and get back to you with next steps.
